This is a book, coordinated by the professor of the Faculty of Law José Antonio Fernández Amor and edited by Atelier Libros Jurídicos, in open access, consisting of 11 chapters written by the group of people who make up the DIGIDRET Research Group, within the Faculty of Law of the Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona. Throughout the pages a series of reflections are offered, the result of a complex work of analysis and rigor of the company from various perspectives of law, which allows us to unravel the complex questions that arise in the interaction with technology.

Continuing with the sessions on Digitalisation and Commercial Law, the Digidret research group will count on the intervention of one of its team members, Dr Jorge Miquel Rodríguez, a professor of Commercial Law at the Autonomous University of Barcelona. On this occasion, Dr Miquel will discuss the current state of the Digital Euro project as an example of a central bank-issued crypto-asset, offering new possibilities using money in commercial transactions.

This event, chaired by Dr. Carlos Padrós, will bring together leading legal specialists in emergencies, with the aim of discussing and analyzing the legal and operational implications of the Isolated High Level Depression (DANA) that affected the Valencian Community. During this round table, we will address various crucial issues related to emergency management, civil and administrative liability, as well as current regulations and proposals for improvement for future incidents.

The invited speakers will share their knowledge and experiences, facilitating an enriching exchange of ideas and perspectives.
