Training of delegates. Mental health workshop.

The objectives of the workshop are to improve interpersonal communication, especially when there is emotional distress, and to learn to identify warning signs of mental health risk.

There will be two sessions, the first focusing on empathic communication and the second on warning signs of psychological distress and available resources.

This training is aimed at academic group delegates registered at the UAB Cens.
