XXII Workshop on Rapid Methods and Automation in Food Microbiology, DYCFung Memorial

A new edition of this workshop will be held from 22 to 25 November, dedicated to broadening and dissemiinating theoretical and practical knowledge on innovative methods used rapidly to detect, count, isolate and identify microorganisms, and their metabolites, commonly found in food and water.

The XXII Workshop «Métodos Rápidos y Automatización en Microbiología Alimentaria» – DYCFung memorial – will begin with an inaugural speech by José Juan Rodríguez Jerez, lecturer in the Department of Animal and Food Science at the UAB, entitled "General Vision of Rapid and Miniaturised Methods, and Automation in Microbiology".

This four-day workshop will offer conferences and practical sessions, debates and demonstrations for industrial directors and technicians, consultants and food laboratories, as well as other sectors (microbiology, biotechnology, clinical, pharmaceutical, cosmetic, chemical, environmental, etc.); inspectors and other administration personnel; undergraduate and graduate students, technical personnel and university lecturers; research staff; etc.
