Cuatrecasas Announces Horizonte Scholarship to Support Young Talent in Law Studies
Cuatrecasas has announced the first edition of the Horizonte Scholarship, a programme that offers financial aid to facilitate access to Law studies and the Master’s Degree in Legal Practice. Applications will be open from 18 November 2024 to 28 February 2025.

Cuatrecasas has announced the Horizonte Scholarship to support young talent in their Law studies. The scholarship is aimed at students from Spanish public universities who have demonstrated strong academic performance and are enrolled in a Law degree or a double degree that includes Law.
Nuria Martín, Human Resources Director at the firm, stated: ‘At Cuatrecasas, we are committed to talent and believe everyone should be able to demonstrate their excellence. That’s why, we promote equal opportunities, diversity and inclusion.’
In this first edition, they will receive two scholarships of €4,000 each. These funds may be used to pay for the tuition fees (fully or partially), academic materials, computer equipment, internet access and public transportation.
Applicants must be enrolled in a Law degree or a double degree programme at a Spanish public university. They must also be recipients of the MEC Grant (Ministry of Education and Vocational Training) or a similar grant from regional governments. First-year students must have achieved a minimum grade of 7.5 out of 10 in the EBAU (University Access Exams), with elective subjects not included. Meanwhile, upper-year students must have a minimum GPA of 7.5 for a single degree or a 7.0 for a double degree.
Applications will be open from 18 November 2024 to 28 February 2025, and submissions must be made via this link. Students are required to include their CV, an academic transcript from the previous year or EBAU score, a motivation letter, and proof of their MEC Grant.
After all applications have been received, the HR team at the company, in collaboration with the Cuatrecasas Foundation, will select the scholarship recipients, who will be notified within 30 days of the application deadline.
