Two students from the Faculty of Law participate in the Inter-American Human Rights Moot Court Competition

Clàudia Fleta Ib'ez and Elia Valpuesta Alda travelled to Washington, D.C. to participate in the Inter-American Human Rights Moot Court Competition that took place at the American University Washington College of Law.

Last May, two students of the double degree in Law and Droit UAB-University of Toulouse Capitole 1, Clàudia Fleta Ib'ez and Elia Valpuesta Alda participated in the Inter-American Human Rights Moot Court Competition that took place at the American University Washington College of Law, in Washington DC.

 The contest consisted of a trial simulation before the Inter-American Court of Human Rights. The students, representatives of a fictitious state accused of having violated the rights of one of its citizens, reached the semifinal and Clàudia Fleta was distinguished as the second best speaker of the representatives of the States.
