Artificial intelligence is a technology that offers great potential and great economic expectations in all markets. It is believed that, by 2030, the positive impact it will have on the world GDP will be around $15.7 billion. Countries such as Canada and France are already defining the future of their industry based on this technology. According to the AI technology report produced by the Government of Catalonia, the Catalan ecosystem is also positioning itself in this sector and, at present, it already brings together 180 companies with an annual turnover of around €100m.

The AI4ALL (Artificial Intelligence applied to industries) programme, which will be offered afternoons from September to December, will show which technologies can respond to the challenges posed by companies, how these solutions impact on their surroundings, the feasibility of their application, and will propose possible business models.

Aquesta iniciativa està subvencionada pel Departament d'Empresa i Treball de la Generalitat de Catalunya i compta amb el cofinançament del Fons Social Europeu Plus.

This specialised training, which will have a hybrid format, combines technological content with business management knowledge and methodologies. Introductory sessions on deep learning techniques, blockchain, agile methodologies, IoT technologies for ehealth projects, among others, are planned.

Participants will work in multidisciplinary teams to propose solutions to the challenges posed. At the end of the programme, they will present their pilot projects at a Demoday in front of relevant organisations and companies.

This initiative is subsidised by the Ministry for Business and Labour of the Government of Catalonia and co-financed by the European Social Fund Plus.
