The UAB Research Park is boosting a new edition of the Consolida’t Program to support microenterprises, self-employed workers to consolidate, strengthen and reinvent their businesses. The individual project of each participant becomes the central point of the program.

The Consolida't Program focuses its activity on the project of each self-employed worker and microenterprise, and bases its success on a mix of advice, training and networking.
The Consolida't Program offers, free of charge, individualized assessment and business management training to microenterprises, self-employed workers and previously self-employed workers who would want to reinstate their project.
Experts in the business sector will analyze the businesses’ particular situation, the strength, and areas of improvement. Once this step is taken, they will guide the participants with an action plan to give a new boost to their professional activities.
At the same time, the assessment will be completed with training sessions, where they will cover topics such as the income statement, cash flow planning, legal and documentary aspects of the activity, digital marketing, effective time management or communication, among others.
Networking amongst participants of the program will be promoted, and the exchange of knowledge and experiences will be facilitated.
