The micro-credential programme "Artificial Intelligence and Big Data in Health" is designed to provide introductory training in AI for healthcare personnel, addressing both the technical and the ethical and legal aspects of its application to medicine. It focuses on developing skills to evaluate and use AI technologies in an introductory way, highlighting the importance of maintaining a balance between AI concepts and the use of big data for decision support.
The programme covers the foundations of big data and its processing and AI directly applicable in the field of healthcare. Participants will have the opportunity to work on practical projects and real case studies, which will allow them to discuss and analyse various clinical cases and how to use data as a decision support tool.
