Operations Management (NEW)
- Operations Management is all about designing, improving, and overseeing processes that transform resources into valuable products and services. In this course, you’ll learn how organizations meet customer needs through effective planning, production, and service delivery, skills that are crucial in today’s competitive environment.
- This course aims to provide you with a solid foundation in the principles and practices of Operations Management, helping you to understand key concepts like process design, quality control, supply chain management, and lean operations. You’ll gain insights into the strategies used by successful organizations to streamline operations, reduce costs, and maximize value.
- Throughout the course, you’ll engage in a variety of case studies, simulations, and practical problem-solving scenarios. You’ll design process maps, and propose solutions to operational challenges, honing your analytical and decision-making skills. This approach will prepare you to think critically about operations and give you the tools to optimize processes and enhance customer satisfaction.
