You will study innovative subjects from fields such as Company Law, Competition Law, Bankruptcy Law, Labour Law, Tax Law, Commercial Procedure, Economic Criminal Law, Arbitration and Commercial Mediation, Civil Law, Private International Law and Maritime Law.
It also offers students the chance to learn about emerging disciplines, essential for any modern lawyer, such as Commercial Legal Documentation, Public Speaking and Persuasive Communication, Negotiation Techniques, and Legal Research Methodology, culminating in a Master's dissertation.
The Master's degree holds numerous agreements with business and law firms, enabling students to carry out curricular work placements and become highly employable candidates for extracurricular work placements or jobs in the sector, which in many cases lead to high-level professional opportunities.
