1.- With these terms of use, the Solidarity Autonomous Foundation regulates access to this website and the information made available to users.
 
2. - By continuing to browse this site you agree to these terms of use.
 
3. - Use of the website and the information included on it is, in principle, free, although this circumstance could change, in which case Solidarity Autonomous Foundation undertakes to publish the new terms of use on the website as expeditiously as possible.
 
4.- You undertake not to use the website or the information provided on it for activities contrary to the law, morals or public order and, in general, to make use of it in accordance with these terms of use. Both access and information are your exclusive responsibility and Solidarity Autonomous Foundation cannot be held liable for any harm or damage that could derive from access to or use of information unrelated to its purpose.
 
5.- Solidarity Autonomous Foundation is not liable for errors in logging into the website or in its content and will take as much care as possible to ensure that these errors do not occur.
Solidarity Autonomous Foundation reserves the right to temporarily suspend access to its website with no prior notification for maintenance or repairs, updating or improvements.
 
6. - Neither Solidarity Autonomous Foundation nor third-party information providers assume any liability for any harm, damage, loss, claims or expenses caused by: interferences, interruptions, errors, omissions, phone line malfunctions, delays, blockages or disconnections in the functioning of the electronic system caused by deficiencies, overloads or errors in the lines or telecommunication networks, or for any other reason outside of Solidarity Autonomous Foundation’s control. They will not be held liable for unlawful interference through the use of malignant programs of any type or any means of communication such as computer viruses or any others, undue or inappropriate use of the web pages, or security or browsing errors caused by a malfunction in the browser or use of nonupdated browser versions.
 
7.- All website content (including but not limited to databases, images, drawings, graphs, text files, audio and video files and software) is the exclusive property of Solidarity Autonomous Foundation or third-party individuals or entities which have authorised FAS to use it and is protected by national and international intellectual and industrial property laws.
FAS trademarks, posters, distinguishing signs and logos that appear on the site are owned exclusively by Solidarity Autonomous Foundation. Therefore, any use or reproduction you make of this content or any other that could be included going forwards, must be done by following the stipulations and respecting the limitations of the abovementioned regulations.
 
No texts, graphics, drawings or video or audio media property of Solidarity Autonomous Foundation may be the object of subsequent amendment, copy, alteration, reproduction, adaptation or translation by you or third parties without FAS’s express authorisation unless where indicated otherwise.

Unauthorised use of information on this website or infringement of intellectual or industrial property rights shall give rise to the legally established liabilities.
 
8. - The establishment of any hyperlink from an outside website to any Autonomous Solidarity Foundation webpage shall be subject to the following conditions:
