Statutes

The Fundació Autònoma Solidària is a non-profit organisation and is governed by Law 4/2008 of April 24 (2008) of Book III of the Catalan Civil Code, relating to legal entities, and for the rest of the legal norms and regulations that are applicable and, most especially, by the Statutes of the Foundation.

The Foundation obtained definitive legal personality on the registration of its founding charter in the Foundations Registry (registration number 1373), and obtained full legal capacity to fulfil its purposes, without any other limitations than those expressly imposed by the laws or the Bylaws of the Foundation.
