A. Right to information
This privacy and data protection policy regulates access to and use of the www.uab.cat/fas website service and the other websites that Solidarity Autonomous Foundation makes available to internet users interested in its services and content.
Pursuant to Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on Data Protection (GDPR) and Act 34/2002 of 11 July 2002 on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce (LSSICE), Solidarity Autonomous Foundation hereby informs you that it has implemented the technical and organisational security measures needed to ensure and protect the confidentiality, integrity and availability of entered data.

Having signed up via the forms on the website enabled for this purpose, your data is collected by the Solidarity Autonomous Foundation and will be processed in accordance with the previsions established in the GDPR with the purpose specified in the FAS data processing list, which you can enter from the following link.
We will not process your data for any purpose other than those described, except where obliged by law or a court injunction.
Your data will be kept on the abovementioned data processing list for the indicated term.
C. Mandatory or optional nature of information and data veracity
Mandatory fields are usually marked with an asterisk (*) on the forms you must complete and are strictly necessary to cover your request. Inputting your data in other fields is voluntary.
You guarantee that the personal data you supply to Solidarity Autonomous Foundation is truthful and undertake to report any change thereto.

Your data may be assigned to the Autonomous University of Barcelona or other businesses or institutions related to it or to Solidarity Autonomous Foundation for the same purposes.

G. Security measures
Your data will be processed confidentially. Solidarity Autonomous Foundation has adopted all the technical and organisational measures and all the protection levels needed to ensure secure data processing and to prevent the alteration, loss, theft, unauthorised processing or access to your data in accordance with the state of the technology and the nature of the stored data. It further guarantees that the processing and logging in files, programs, systems or equipment, premises and sites complies with the integrity and security requirements and conditions established under the laws in force.
H. Cookies and IP
You agree to the use of cookies and IP tracking that enables Solidarity Autonomous Foundation to collect data for statistical purposes such as: first visit details, number of times you have logged into the site, date of last visit, URL and domain you log in from, browser used and screen resolution. For all purposes, relations between Solidarity Autonomous Foundation and the users of its telematic services, present on this website, are subject to Spanish laws and jurisdiction and the parties expressly submit thereto. Any conflicts deriving from or related to said use are subject to the decisions of the courts and tribunals of Barcelona.
