"Disability in the first person", workshop with ECTS recognition
Throughout the months of April and May, the different sessions of the workshop "Disability in the first person" will take place, an online activity with credit recognition dynamized by the PIUNE and which aims to train UAB students in terms of inclusion.

Among the activities of the FAS that constitute the offer of ECTS credits of the second semester, we find the workshop "Disability in the first person: opening the way to inclusion".
Through the eight sessions that will be developed, the reality of people with disabilities will be brought closer to the UAB students in order to break current stereotypes in society. Resources and practical strategies will be provided to understand their reality from the projection of their capacities and not from their limitations.
The training, organized and promoted by PIUNE, has a complete program that dedicates each session to a type of disability (visual, physical, mental ...). The sessions will be in charge of speakers from different entities and organizations of the sector: the Fundació ONCE, ÀGILS Comunicació, the Federació ECOM, Activament, the Associació Catalana de Dislèxia and the Associació d'Asperger Catalunya.
The workshop, which will be in virtual mode (Zoom), will begin on April 20 and will continue on April 25 and 37; and 2, 4, 9, 11 and 16 May, from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m.
The activity allows the recognition of 2 ECTS credits and has a price of € 40. To participate, it is necessary to register on this form.
