Provision of materials to student societies
If you are a group of students registered in the elDirectori, you can ask for the provision of materials for the activities that you do on campus.
To have access to this assistance, you must fill out this form. We will check the availability of the materials requested and we will confirm your reservation by email.
We have the following equipment:

Folding tables: 15 plastic tables 180x80 cm. They are suitable for information stands, stalls or similar activities.

Tents: 2 tents 3x3 with an accordion mounting system.

Sound equipment: A 360W stereo with 2 self amplified speakers, wiring and 2 microphones with support to liven up your activities or to do talks or similar activities, both for inside and outside. Features | Instructions for use
Those activities that you want to perform outside the Plaça Cívica, that is in the faculties or in affiliated centres outside the Bellaterra campus, need the previous authorization of the Dean or corresponding managers.
The authorization must be sent by email directly from the office of the Dean to Community Involvement: info.participacio@uab.cat.
