Financial aid to fund Student Branch Meetings

The aim of these grants is to support the participation of faculties’ and or schools’ Student Councils in external meetings.

From 30 January to 20 November 2023.

Maximum budgetary allocation per economic year:
5.000€ from the GG201583 project that manages the Community Dynamics Unit.

Request procedure
The student council of each applicant center will have to fill in the application form, where they will have to attach the call of the sectoral meeting and the agreement of the student council as the student is appointed to represent the degree in the meeting. 

The grant will have to be adapted to the administrative and management procedures established by the Autonomous University of Barcelona and have been requested in good time. No grants will be processed later on the performance of the activity, nor will any expenses be covered if the payment has already been made. 

Once the sectoral meeting is complete, the student must submit the certificate of attendance to the email info.participacio.uab.cat. No grants will be processed without having received the certificates of the previous grant.

Maximum amount of the grant
The grant must be intended for the registration or transport of at most two students appointed by the council to represent the center in a sectoral meeting of the degree course in which they study.
