FINANCIAL AID FOR SOCIETIES WITHOUT LEGAL PERSONALITY
 
Application calendar: from 1st February to 30th November 2023.
 
Maximum budgetary allocation for economic year: 5000 € from the GG201583 project managed by the Dinamització Comunitària department.
 
Who can request a grant?
Student societies without legal personality that are enrolled in elDirectori, UAB’s register of associations, in the moment of application.
 
The grant will fund an activity, project or material that fits the association’s mission and/or objective.
 
These activities will have to be carried out during 2023.
 
If the association requests this aid to fund a material, they will need to describe in detail its use in relation to their usual activity as a society. 

The grant will have to be adapted to the administrative and management procedures established by the Autonomous University of Barcelona and have been requested in good time. Subsidies will not be processed later on the performance of the activity, nor will expenses be covered if the payment has already been made

 
Request procedure:
Applicants have to fill in the following request form.
 
An in-person meeting prior to carrying out the activity will be organized in order to asses it and establish the aid requested. Furthermore, the association will have to write an assessment after the activity.
 
Maximum amount transfer of the grant:
A maximum of 500 € will be given for each activity/material.
